Dubai Land Department signs agreement with developers to enhance real estate growth and transactions management.

Dubai Land Department: This agreement will help the developers to meet the property demands in Dubai, resulting in more economic growth and attracting more investments trend in the region.

Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) has made a deal with seven major developers like Emaar, Damac, and Sobha Realty, along with Binghatti Properties, Aldar Properties, Azizi Developments, and Danube. This agreement lets these companies use DLD’s systems to handle real estate transactions more smoothly.

In regards to this DLD states :

“These companies will use the advanced registration systems developed by DLD to provide high-efficiency and quality services to Dubai Land Department customers,”

“Through this partnership, we aim to enhance market confidence in the real estate market, provide greater protection for investor rights, and expedite and simplify procedures by transparent governance standards.”
